"Optic cut felt a bit off"
Just sharing my experience, but the optic cut didn’t fit quite as precisely as I was expecting. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker for me, but I did notice it right away and would probably double-check fitment carefully before relying on it.

"Shipping was on time, but I still had to keep checking"
My order showed up quickly and there weren’t any real issues, so that part was good. I just wish I didn’t have to put in the effort of constantly checking the tracking to feel like it was actually on the way.

"Customer service was actually helpful"
I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me fairly quickly and explained everything in a way that made sense, which I appreciated because I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something on my end. It did take a little longer than I was hoping at first, but once they responded, they helped me figure out what was going on. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again

I got my slide back earlier than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The updates were clear enough too, like... I wasn’t left wondering what was going on or anything. Smooth overall, no real complaints...

The work looked good at first, but the finish started showing wear way sooner than I expected. I don’t exactly baby my stuff, but for the price, it was sorta disappointing. I probably wouldn’t use them again

"Good Order Updates"
They kept me in the loop the Whole time, which I really appreciated. I didn’t have to sit around guessing what was going on, and the emails were clear enough to follow. Happy with how it all went.

"Clean work, just took a little time"
The cuts came out really clean. No real complaints from me, it just took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with the work.
